Kalen Paxton is the Chief Financial Officer at Paxton Marketing, bringing over 15 years of automotive industry experience. She specializes in financial strategy, operational efficiency, and business development, helping drive sustainable growth while supporting dealership and client success through data-driven decision making and strong leadership.

Dave Thomas brings 20+ years of automotive leadership experience across sales, finance, operations, and fixed ops. He specializes in building performance-driven systems that align marketing, sales, and call centers to increase leads, appointments, and revenue. Known for hands-on coaching and accountability, Dave also develops high-performing sales and BDC teams.

Tyler Hickss blends award-level design with data-driven marketing strategy. Google-certified across Search, Performance Max, VLA, and Video, he specializes in creating high-performing campaigns that combine strong creative with measurable results. Tyler plays a key role in helping dealerships grow through innovative branding, SEM, and Meta advertising strategies.

Stephanie Stuntz is the BDC Director at Paxton Marketing, bringing over 10 years of management experience and four years in the automotive industry. Stephanie attended Georgia Southern University and Augusta State, she leads by example and works closely with dealership teams to improve performance, increase sales, and drive year-over-year growth. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her two children and her dog.

Darby Lambert is a Marketing Strategist at Paxton Marketing and a Florida State University graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She works closely with dealerships across the country to improve performance, eliminate wasted ad spend, and drive measurable growth through hands-on strategy, communication, and client-focused support.

Taylor is the Director of AI Automation & Engineering and Director of Website Development & SEO at Paxton Marketing. A graduate of the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, he has been coding for the last 15 years and specializes in full-stack development, AI systems, automation, SEO, and scalable web technologies across multiple programming languages and platforms.

Suzane is a Graphic Designer at Paxton Marketing and a graduate of the University of Arizona. With over 8 years of professional design experience, she specializes in creating impactful branding, digital assets, and marketing creatives that help dealerships stand out and connect with their audiences.
